This site hosts Theravada texts sourced from the Access to Insight (ATI) website, which can be searched using the additional tools provided. You can also find information about core Buddhist concepts, Mindfulness and the historical context within which Buddhism evolved.
The original ATI site was created by John Bullitt in 1993, initially as a FidoNet BBS and later as a website under the domain accesstoinsight.org. At the end of 2013, Bullitt stepped back from actively managing the site and encouraged others to incorporate its materials into their own platforms.
